Certificate IV In Aviation (Air Crew Officer)
COST: Contact us for pricing
Convert your aviation industry experience into a nationally recognised qualification: air crew officer. Recognition of prior learning (RPL) is a pathway that allows us to work with you to convert your real life experience into an accredited qualification.
If you have relevant experience, for example five years in the aviation industry, talk to us so we can help assess your suitability under the RPL pathway for this Certificate IV, accrediting you as an effective and confident air crewman in a helicopter operational environment.
This Certificate IV qualifies you as an air crew officer to assist pilots with communications and navigation, patient handling, winching, managing loads, health and safety procedures, and managing normal operations or emergency situations in a helicopter.
We only offer this qualification by a Recognition of Prior Learning Pathway.
Civil and military flight crew seeking authorisation for aerial work operations should check these requirements with CASA.
